As parents to two teenage daughters, David and Tracy also provide a valuable perspective to families in the market and can help make a plan to ease the transition. Originally from a small town in South Carolina, David grew up surrounded by family in construction and real estate development who instilled in him the value of hard work. After graduating Dean’s List from The Citadel with a degree in Business Administration, he joined his family in developing residential investment properties.
